Add Multiple Team Members In Your Account
LambdaTest now allows you to add multiple team members to your account and assign a role to them based on your requirement. In this document, we will show you how to add multiple team members at the same time to your LambdaTest account.
How To Add Multiple Team Members In Your LambdaTest Account?
To add your team members, follow the below procedure step by step:
Step 1: Visit your LambdaTest profile by visiting this link or by clicking the user icon on top right corner of your account and then click on Profile.
Step 2: Go to the Team tab of your profile.
Step 3: Select ADD MULTIPLE from your the bottom of the Team page.
Step 4: A box will appear on the screen asking to enter the comma-separated email ids' of the team members to be invited. Insert the email id of your team members separated by comma ',' and press Next once done.
Step 5: You can now select the role of each member that you are inviting, as Admin, User, or Guest. Once you are done, press "Send Invitations", to send out the invites.
The privileges enjoyed by an Admin, User, and Guest are shown below.
- Admin: The admin has control over all features, including pricing, testing, sending out team invites, changing organization details, etc.
- User: The user can run tests, log bugs, integrate with third-party tools, etc.
- Guest: Guest can only explore the LambdaTest platform and view logged bugs using the issue tracker.
You will see a message on the top right corner of your screen stating that the members have been invited successfully.

Once they confirm, they will be added to your team as per the selected access level. You can view your team invites anytime by visiting the Pending Invite tab in Team section of your profile.
