How to Turn Off Android Debug Bridge?

To turn off Android Debug Bridge (ADB) access, follow these steps:

1. Disable USB Debugging on Your Android Device

• Open Settings > Developer Options (If hidden, go to About Phone and tap Build Number 7 times to unlock it)
• Toggle off USB Debugging
• (Optional) Tap Revoke USB Debugging Authorizations to reset trusted computers

2. Disconnect ADB (If Active)

• Unplug the USB cable or run:

adb disconnect

• For wireless ADB, revoke the connection:

adb kill-server

Note: This does not uninstall ADB from your computer—it only stops your device from accepting ADB commands. To fully remove ADB, delete the platform-tools folder (or uninstall via package manager).
