Why is Playwright not able to integrate with other tools and frameworks?

The Playwright automation framework is made with WebDriver protocol and integrates with the tools and frameworks that are designed on the same protocol.

A Playwright can integrate with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, and Jasmine to create automated tests for a webpage. Also, it can integrate with Continuous integration (CI) tools, Development tools, Debugging tools, and task runners.

If it is not able to integrate with other tools, there are some possible solutions, such as:

• Ensure that the CI agent can run a browser. Use Playwright Docker image in Linux agent or Install your dependencies using command line tools.
• Check the documents of the tools or frameworks you try to integrate; many tools and frameworks have detailed documentation about how to integrate with the Playwright framework.
• Use the latest version of the Playwright automation framework. In new updates, the framework makes it more flexible to integrate with others.
• Check for the dependencies required for both frameworks and ensure those are installed and configured.
