To open APK files on a Chromebook, your device must support Android apps and have the Google Play Store enabled. First, update your Chromebook to the latest Chrome OS version. Then, follow these steps:
sudo apt-get install adb
.adb install path-to-your-apk.apk
(replace with your actual file path).Once installed, you can open the app from your app drawer. Please note that not all APK files are compatible with Chrome OS, so some apps may not work as expected.
