The first few tests ran in less than 4 hours initially.

Further optimizations, such as modularization of tests, dynamic data creation etc, brought the test execution time down to just 2 hours, resulting in 78% faster execution on the cloud.

Note: Boomi also has thousands of API and runtime related tests besides UI automation.

AI, of course, worked behind the scenes, and some of these features began to surface. We started leveraging them one at a time. We found them useful for identifying flakiness in tests, pinpointing problematic areas within the frameworks, and gaining insights into issues like tests taking too long to execute, performance bottlenecks, etc.

This quick turnaround has significantly improved efficiency for both development and QA teams, enabling them to address issues much faster.

With over 650+ developers and QA team members globally, everyone is now connected to the dashboards. These dashboards provide real-time visibility into test cases running behind the scenes, giving teams first-hand access to their results.

One of the biggest advantages this platform brought us is the reporting aspect. When it comes to reporting test cases, it’s really important to get that feedback sooner. And of course, we don't have to wait nine hours anymore.
