What Does Timed Out Means?

The term "timeout" refers to the deliberate termination of an unfinished task or test in the software testing or development industry. We have established a limit on the number of seconds that our machine is kept reserved for you to ensure that they are not held for an extended period due to an incorrect test.

Your tests are terminated from the queue with an error message related to Timeouts if our servers cannot retrieve a request from your local machine for more than 120 seconds.

Although, you can extend your idle TimeOut up to 1800 seconds by including the idleTimeout capability in your desired test suite capabilities. However, there are better practices than this because it might cause performance issues.

Here is the command line you can use to extend your Timeout:

"idleTimeout": "125" //extends idle timeout from 120 seconds to 125.
