About Mozilla Firefox

Mozilla Firefox was created in 2002 under the code name "Phoenix" by Mozilla community members who wanted more than a single program in their Mozilla Application Suite bundle. For example, Firefox has tabbed browsing with individual processes per tab, a built-in pop-up blocker, private browsing, phishing detection, and a sandbox security model.
