  • How do I order a new license as a reseller?
    1. Visit - reseller.lambdatest.com
    2. Click on 'Join Now'
    3. Enter some basic details like name, email etc to signup on the portal.
    4. Verify your account via OTP received on your email.
    5. After signup, under 'customers' tab you can 'add a new customer' select the plan you wish to purchase.
    6. Add customer name & email address for whom you are purchasing.
    7. Make the payment via credit/debit card.
    8. Once the payment is done, a purchase confirmation email is sent to the customer with login details and one will be sent to the reseller with the paid invoice which is not sent to the customer.
  • How do I renew or upgrade licenses as a reseller?

    You can upgrade/downgrade reseller account anytime from your dashboard. Just go to the ‘customers’ tab and click on ‘Modify Plan’ select the plan you want to choose and click on ‘Switch Plan’ make the payment & that is, we will take care of the rest.

  • How do I cancel licenses as a reseller?

    All purchases made at LambdaTest are renewed automatically unless pre-informed to stop automatic renewal. You can stop the renewal anytime from your dashboard. Just go to the 'customers' tab and click on 'X' to cancel the licence. This will stop the automatic renewal of the plan.

  • Do I get a discount as a reseller?

    At LambdaTest we wish to accommodate most of the reseller requests which also includes a discount to customers, please contact our chat support for an exclusive discount.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all types of credit and debit cards for payment. We have a provision of payment using PayPal or bank transfer method as well however only for enterprise annual plans.

  • After an order has been placed, how and when does my customer get access to their license?

    Access to LambdaTest platform will be directly provided to your customer only after the payment is made. Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent that includes instructions on how to access the platform.

  • Can I access my customer's account?

    LambdaTest platform can only be accessed via email id & password which is set by a user. You can only access the platform if you have the right login details, or if the end user has invited you as a admin team member in their account. It is ultimately up to your customer on how they wish to share access to their account.

  • What if my customer is already registered?

    In case your customer is already registered then after receiving the payment we will auto-upgrade his account from the backend. An information mail about the upgrade will also be sent to the customer.
